ward against projectiles
idea for a new skill
if anti warriors get ward vs melee why not a ward vs projectiles?
it will be in the same mold of the melee ward except it wards against projectiles including arrows and wand throws
*hears sparks flying from ranger spikers*
to make things a bit easier, it can have a scaling % unlike melee in which you'll need 16 water to get the full 50% evade rate
to help even things out even further it can be a water ele skill, giving the least used ele line some sort of value
